Why take part?

Tech plays a more important role in our lives today than ever.
It keeps us connected, fed, clean, healthy, educated, entertained, and productive.
However, replacing electricals and tech more often is making them the fastest
growing waste stream in the world and in the UK.

What can we do with unwanted electricals?

THE HIDDEN TREASURE HUNT – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Hidden Treasure Hunt is a Waste Week 2022 competition for schools, inviting communities to take their unwanted electricals and tech to their nearest Currys store to be recycled. There are a range of Microsoft tech voucher prizes for schools with high levels of community participation and also a prize draw to provide all participating schools a chance to win.
